3rd convocation of DIU

The third Convocation ceremony of Daffodil International University will be held on February 26, 2012 at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) at Sher-e- Bangla Nagar, Dhaka at 10.30am on 26 February 2012.
His Excellency Mr. Md. Zillur Rahman, Hon'ble President, People's Republic of Bangladesh and Chancellor of Daffodil International University, will preside over the convocation ceremony and confer the degrees on 3220 graduate students.
Shri Bratya Basu, Hon'ble Minister, School Education Department and Higher Education Department of Government of West Bengal, India will grace the occasion as convocation speaker.
Mr. Nurul Islam Nahid, MP, Hon'ble Minister, Ministry of Education, Government of People's Republic of Bangladesh will be present on the occasion as special guest. Prof. Dr. S.M. Mahabub-Ul- Haque Majumder, Dean- FSIT, Prof. Rafiqul Islam, Dean-FBE and Prof. Dr. M. Golam Rahan, Dean-FHSS will also present at the convocation ceremony. Channel i will live telecast the program from Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC).
Daffodil International University started its operation on Janury 24, 2012. First Convocation of the university was held on May 24, 2006 and Second Convocation was held on May 26, 20008.
