Mokhlesur Rahman’s solo exhibition begins

A 10-day solo painting exhibition of artist Mokhlesur Rahman titled ‘Soundless Nature’ began on Wednesday evening at the Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts in the city’s Dhanmondi area.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Italian Ambassador in Bangladesh Giorgio Guglielmino as the chief guest. A total of 39 artworks of Mokhlesur will put on display in the show.
Artist Mokhlesur Rahman was born in Shariatpur in 1961. He completed graduation from Printmaking Department in 1984 and Masters first part in 1986. He has five solo and many groupexhibitions. He got Grand Priize in the 10th Asian Art Biennale organized by Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. Now he has been working as a freelance artist.
The exhibition remains open for all from 12:00pm to 8:00pm till September 16.
